Vipingo Ridge is Africa’s only PGA golf course. The 72-par championship PGA Baobab Course was built by David Jones, the previous Kenya Open winner. From the renowned Clubhouse, which overlooks the 9th and 18th holes, a network of linked lakes and streams runs across the course.
Thousands of trees add structure and elegance to the design, including the distinctive coastline Baobabs, a native Kenyan tree that inspired the course's name. The PGA Baobab Course, which features three putting greens and Kenya's largest driving range, is one of Africa's top courses.
KIGALI GOLF RESORT
Africa's most valuable jewel, the "Land of Thousand Hills," is home to the new demanding and environmentally friendly Kigali Golf Resort. This design marvel is an 18- hole golf course designed by the famous and internationally renowned Gary Player, set in the bustling heart of Rwanda's capital city.
This 65-hectare (more than 160-acre) project includes a grand tennis court, a health club, a pro shop, and golf club with seven food and beverage outlets.
The 6595m long 18-hole course boasts an elegant panoramic view of rolling hills, flora, and fauna.

GREAT RIFT VALLEY

Set on the slopes of a small dormant volcano with unspoilt scenery in all directions, most holes on this course enjoy stunning views of mountains, plains, lakes and both escarpments of the Rift Valley itself.
The 18-hole course is laid out around the Great Rift Valley Lodge and along the fairways are 80 generously spaced privately owned homes, some of which are let out to hotel guests. The 6,580-yard course looks out over the shimmering expanse of the world’s largest valley.
The golf resort is also famous for one the longest holes in Kenya - the par 5 - 17th ‘signature’ at 598 metres (654 yards).
